Annual Qualmark Fees
Fee Structure
Qualmark's fee structure consists of 4 tiers, starting at $950 (+ GST) for a 12-month term - charges may vary slightly, depending on your business model which we can discuss on receipt of application.
From 1 April 2026 new applicants will pay a one-off $300 fee, in addition to the annual fee. This helps to cover the cost of the first in-person assessment.
Please note that annual fees were last increased on July 1, 2025.

| Tier 1 | Under $3m | $950 |
| Tier 2 | $3m to $10m | $1545 |
| Tier 3 | $10m to $20m | $2060 |
| Tier 4 | Above $20m | $5150 |
Businesses will receive their first invoice following confirmation of application through our welcome email. Fees are then charged annually based on the month your application was confirmed.
For example, if you joined Qualmark in October 2025, you would have received an invoice covering a 12-month period, with your next invoice due the following year (October 2026).
Invoice payments are expected within 30 days from the date on the invoice; payment is required in order to schedule a meeting with a Qualmark Specialist. Full terms and conditions click here.
