We understand there are needs specific to your business that will require sound financial and professional advice, so MBIE have nominated Deloitte, Advisory Works, Cornwall Strategic, KPMG and PwC to provide a support programme focused on supporting business continuity.

It involves an initial one-hour scoping session to agree on the programme framework, and to identify the pain points and support needs of your business. This flows into a half-day business continuity workshop to plan around the impacts of COVID-19 on the continuity of your tourism operation.

There is a final follow up session to support the strategic execution and implementation of your agreed objectives.
