Beluga Luxury Lodge

Beluga Luxury Lodge is a beautifully restored heritage building set in an acre of tranquil mature gardens and currently Qualmark rated Four Plus Star. The property is in a great location, just five minutes walk from the shops cafes and restaurants in the heart of Methven and 40 minutes drive to Mt Hutt. Beluga offers you the choice of stylish Lodge Rooms, the secluded luxury of the Garden Suite or independence in the delightfully restored Minke Cottage. Our Lodge lounge provides the perfect setting to warm up in front of the roaring open fire, sample some of our award winning NZ wines and beers from the honesty bar, or just sit and relax with one of our many books while looking out across the beautiful gardens. For Lodge and Garden Suite guests we have an outdoor spa pool and outdoor bbq area. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms, high definition flat screen tvs, sky digital, ipod compatible entertainment systems, fluffy bathrobes, crisp european linen and locally made Blue Earth bathroom products. A delicious continental and cooked breakfast is included in room prices. Minke Cottage is a completely self contained property with four bedrooms (either doubles or twins), two bathrooms and a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area. In the lounge there is an open fire, high definition flat screen tv with Sky digital, wireless internet, dvd player and stereo. Outside is a private garden area with bbq. Three night minimum stay in winter.
